All new employees receive thorough orientation and training, and even long-term employees are able to take advantage of optional or required training programs. Below is a list of some of the courses and subjects available to City Park’s staff:
City Park New-Hire Orientation
A thorough introduction to City Park’s history, mission and values. Topics include Respecting One Another Other, City Park’s Management Structure, Policies and Procedures, On-Location Valet Attendant’s Training, Problem Solving, Progressive Discipline, Customer Service, Handling Conflict, Anti-Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace, Leave of Absence, Worker’s Compensation, and Personal Development.
Customer Service Training
Led by our in-house expert, this comprehensive training program is offered at various locations based on the unique needs of our client’s parking facility.
City Park Manager and Supervisor Training Program
In addition, we offer select employees the opportunity to enter our Management Training Program, a six-module program that develops candidates for City Park management positions. Module topics include:
